WOW its been 4 months

Ok so Apparently I suck at this blogging thing. I am on facebook all day every day but I cant seem to find time to update my Blog. Here are some Highlights from the past few months.

Sammy is growing like a weed. He is so much fun right now. He dances and giggles and is learning to talk.

Alex and Josh started school on Aug 23. Alex is in 2nd grade and Josh is in 1st. SO far so good!

Last week we had to go to Idaho for a funeral. It was a sad ordeal but I was able to see my (almost) whole family! here we are and of course I had to Photoshop my cute sister in. It just wouldn't be the same without her!

While we were there we went swimming at BanBurrys. a Summers family tradition.

Back in June I ran the Ragnar Relay. Its a relay race that you do with a team. We had a BLAST! I am now training to do it again next year! If you want to see the video, go to http://www.ragnarvideos.com/

At the end of June James Brother Matt got married.

Um I guess thats all for now!

Joshey and Sam Celebrate at Grandmas

Joshey Turns 6 Today! I cant believe it. 6 years ago I couldn't wait to hold him in my arms. I was so tired! but he was my easiest kiddo. We woke up early in the morning to MAJOR contractions. We took Alex to grandmas and by the time I got to the hospital I was ready. I got my epidural and after 1/2 hour and very few pushes my Joshey was here!

Today Josh is 6. He loves Kindergarten and does very well. He is a prankster and a cuddly and we couldn't imagine life without our little monkey!

Over the weekend Josh and Alex got to have a sleepover at grandma Annies new house. They LOVED it. They got to go swimming and have a party and Grandma Bonnies. Josh and Sam shared a Birthday cake and Present opening at grandmas on Saturday May 9th.

Introduction

Hello everyone. I know you are all thinking WOW how does she have time to have a blog? Well I don't really but I would love to keep friends and family updated on the Gaver Goings on. I have never had a blog so bear with me until I get the hang of it. Hopefully I will be able to update it on a regular basis. I guess setting up an account and writing an introduction are a great jumping off point. I will post photos and stories soon!

Here is a cute way to start. I wish I would have taken pictures. Alex and Josh decided to sell juice today. they took the fold up table out to the end of the cul de sac and sat there with 2 cups of grape juice. Alex was going to give it away for free. A nice lady came and bought a glass and gave him a dollar. This triggered the Idea to actually sell the juice. Josh would stick out his arm like a policeman to stop cars. HE would tell them a story ( i couldn't actually hear what it was) that seemed to do the trick and people would hand money out the window. I later learned that he would excitedly tell the customers about how they were selling juice and how much money they had made. I had to leave for a while but when I came back the neighbors had donated paper cups to the cause. Another boy from the neighborhood was helping. I went in and made signs that said JUICE FOR SALE. Alex somehow was selling it for up to 2 dollars a glass! Anyway they made about 15 dollars when all was said and done. Alex split his earnings evenly 3 ways even though he did 90% of the work and the neighbor kid was only there an hour. What a great way to start the Summer!
